Manual Splice with non stop production. Particularly suited for boards, fabrics and heavier materials or where an overlap splice cannot be accommodated, Delpro zero speed splice systems enable butt splices to be completed whilst the machine continues to run at full production speed.
The system comprises a turret stand, splice table and accumulator with capacity to suit the machine speed and time required for splice.
Two position turret unwind stand of shafted or shaftless design.
Splice table with manual or semi automatic splice system.
Optional heated clamp bars for heat activated splice tapes.
Accumulators from 5 to 75m capacity to suit production speed of machine and splice time.
Continuous control of tension when in normal running mode or accumulating mode with dancer arm tension control.
