Delpro will be featuring its Ecoflex Carbon Fibre Chamber Doctor Blade on stand 1123. Still regarded as the best, since its introduction as the world's first carbon fibre chamber, Ecoflex brings significant benefits to press or gravure coater performance including cleaner, cheaper and faster running; a reduction in waste through better control of ink delivery; and a safer working environment for operators.
Also on show will be Delpro’s high-precision Knife over Roll coater. This versatile machine for applying high viscosity coatings to a high tolerance has product applications that include processing pre–preg composite fibres, embossed and plain flooring, reinforced plastics and medical dressings.
Information will be available on Delpro’s custom-design service as well as its standard range of coaters, laminators, dryers, conditioners, reel stands and flexo printers designed for the converting, packaging, printing and composites industries.
Since 1975, Delpo’s policy has been to work in total partnership with customers - from plant analysis and product concept, through 3D design to supply, installation and commissioning. A large, open workshop allows machines and systems to be fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. Thereafter, Delpro’s well regarded after-sales service ensures a continuing relationship with customers.
